ANNOUNCEMENTS
3/6/13 - Stephonika announced today that she had settled on which LOZ she'd adapt next, but alas, she didn't bother dropping the title!!! Here's what she said:
"I think I've finally settled on which Zelda title I will adapt next. I refused to settle on it until I could work out the details of how I wanted to make it work in the first half of the adventure, but I think I finally have that all figured out." What a teaser! She did leave us with a quote, looks like a poem verse, from the opening of her novel. Can anyone take a guess which one it is?
"Listen to the story told,
Through ages of myth grey and old.
Bear witness and an ear lend,
And beginning shall replace this end."
2/9/13 - As Stephonika's work continues on the Twilight Princess revisions and her ongoing publication attempts for it, she recently announced her plans in this journal of possibly sitting down to write another adaptation of a Zelda game! By the comments on her page, it looks as though Ocarina of Time and A Link to the Past are heading up her list of contenders. What are your thoughts on this? Would you be satisfied with one of these or are you disappointed that a different title isn't being considered? Post in the forum (found on the twilight princess site, link in Novels).

A Note on How the Games were Adapted
These are REALISTIC adaptations of the games. No hearts to collect, no impossibly vast inventory at all times, no retries, and rarely a treasure chest in sight. Some elements of the games have been deleted or altered, and some new events have been added for realism. You will find much of the games' true dialogue in the novels, but just like the events, some dialogue has been deleted or altered, and some created entirely by the author. The biggest change/addition to the novels from the games is the voice of Link. Though silent in nearly every game, in these adaptations he has an opinion, too.
